Incorporating advanced surface mount technology, every stage of paste application is closely monitored to eliminate defects early in the process, resulting in a significantly higher yield rate. A standardized manufacturing process ensures consistent quality and stability across all units. Additionally, only the highest grade PCBA materials are used, with every PCB undergoing a 24-hour heat treatment prior to LED mounting to ensure long-term reliability and performance.
